ReGlobED helps institutions develop and implement internationalization strategies tailored to their mission, student population, and operational capacity, especially those without dedicated international offices. Our goal is to make global engagement achievable, inclusive, and institutionally aligned.
We begin by facilitating collaborative planning sessions with institutional leadership to clarify global engagement goals, assess current capacity, and map out a strategic vision. From there, we develop customized short- and long-term internationalization roadmaps that align with the institution’s mission, equity goals, and academic priorities. These plans provide a clear framework to move from vision to implementation.
ReGlobED supports institutions in identifying priority regions for international engagement based on cultural ties, academic relevance, and institutional values. We help pinpoint high-impact opportunities and recommend trusted international partners across higher education, nonprofit, and government sectors. Our team also provides guidance on partnership vetting, agreement development, and relationship management to ensure each collaboration is ethical, sustainable, and mutually beneficial.
We work closely with institutions to select and implement global program models that align with their structure, academic goals, and student needs. These models may include faculty-led study abroad programs, student exchanges, third-party provider partnerships, Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), or other virtual global learning experiences. For faculty-led programs, ReGlobED offers end-to-end support—from proposal development and budgeting to curriculum integration, faculty training, and post-program evaluation—ensuring each experience is academically rigorous, culturally immersive, and logistically sound. Across all models, we ensure seamless academic integration, measurable learning outcomes, and equitable access for students regardless of background or financial means.
Our team helps faculty and academic leaders embed global learning into existing curricula and co-curricular activities. We provide support in internationalizing course content, designing globally focused learning outcomes, and incorporating intercultural engagement into pedagogy. We also offer training and workshops to increase faculty participation in global initiatives and create momentum across departments.
