ReGlobED partners with institutions to design and implement customized global engagement strategies that align with their mission, resources, and student demographics, particularly those without dedicated international offices. We collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans, identify priority regions and partners, and select program models that support academic and institutional goals. Our approach includes integrating global learning across academic and co-curricular spaces through initiatives such as Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), faculty-led programs, and curriculum-based global engagement. In addition to strategy development, we offer direct consulting to build internal capacity by designing policies and processes for international offices, developing and vetting global partnerships, and training faculty and staff in internationalization best practices. We also provide on-demand support for short- and long-term initiatives, ensuring institutions are equipped to lead global efforts with structure, strategy, and sustainable impact.
ReGlobED offers ready-made and customizable global engagement courses, both credit-bearing and non-credit, that prepare students for meaningful international experiences. Covering topics such as cultural intelligence, identity abroad, global citizenship, and ethical engagement, these courses can be used as pre-departure preparation, re-entry reflection, or standalone global learning modules. They can be embedded into existing curricula or delivered independently, with tailored options available for HBCUs, MSIs, and first-generation college students to ensure relevance and accessibility. Additionally, ReGlobED offers a Global Engagement Certificate Program designed for global education professionals and institutional leaders advancing internationalization across higher education. This program equips participants with practical tools, strategic frameworks, and evidence-based practices to support the development and implementation of impactful global engagement initiatives. Key focus areas include partnership development, program design, stakeholder collaboration, and global learning integration, preparing professionals to lead inclusive, mission-aligned strategies within diverse institutional settings.
ReGlobED offers specialized technical support for institutions implementing or maintaining Terra Dotta systems, including Study Abroad, Travel Registry, AlertTraveler®, and ISSS modules. We assist with system setup, workflow configuration, data integrity, and user training to ensure platforms are fully aligned with institutional goals and compliance requirements. Whether launching Terra Dotta for the first time or improving existing processes, we provide the expertise and hands-on support needed to streamline operations, enhance user experience, and maximize the platform’s global engagement potential.
ReGlobED offers interactive workshops and training sessions led by certified AFS Global Competence Certificate Facilitators. Designed for students, educators, and professionals, these sessions develop critical skills in cultural awareness, identity, bias recognition, and effective cross-cultural communication. Our team delivers customized trainings in-person or virtually that support pre-departure preparation, re-entry reflection, staff development, or broader global learning goals. Each session is grounded in research-based methods and equips participants to engage more thoughtfully and effectively in diverse global contexts.
